A: Swan Day Spa will host a party whether it's a bridal shower, a birthday party, or a simple get together with friends. We will put together a memorable event at our spa just for you. Please contact Swan Day Spa for more information.

Q: What if I want to bring or refer my friends to Swan Day Spa?
A: For every new client you refer, the new clients receive $10 off on any regular priced facial, massage or body treatment AND as a thank you for your help, you also receive $10 facial and body treatment credit. There is no limit to how much referral credits you earn. Referral credits are not valid with any promotion or discounts.

Q: What types of wax do you use?
A: We use honey wax and a few other wax depending on skin sensitivity or preference. If you have specific questions or concerns about our waxing services or techniques, please call the spa for further information.

Q: What do you mean by Deluxe-manicure and Deluxe-pedicure?
A: Ever had a facial for you hands and feet? Swan Day Spa offers over 1 hour of heavenly bliss. Our Deluxe Manicure/Pedicure offers exfoliation on hands/legs and feet, followed by a therapeutic massage, soothing mask and moisturizing lotion.

Q: What if I'm late to my appointment?
A: If you are up to 15 minutes late we can still provide your service, however, you may not receive the entire service that you were scheduled for. Together, we will determine what portion of your service we may not have time to complete. However, you may be charged in full for the service scheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. In this case you may be charged a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

Q: What is your policy on cancellations?
A: If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice(For a party of 3 and more, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice). If you do not contact us to cancel 24-hours/48-hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% for the missed service(s). Facility fee is charged once the courtesy call for confirmation is made, and it can not later be refunded.

Q: Payment Methods?
A: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks with proper I.D. We also accept our own Gift Certificate, affiliated partners.
Note:
Package pricing, series, coupons, group rates and memberships are not valid with affiliated partner's gift card and gift certificate.
For example, discounted service/package changes to regular price when paying with SpaFinder gift certificates.
All gift card and gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and the total value of third-party certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption. Any unused balance will be converted to credit in the file.

Q: Gratuity?
A: In appreciation for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion for services and packages. A 15% gratuity will only be added to services/groups of four or more.

Q: Discount for Students and Senior Citizens?
A: Students (with student I.D.) and Senior Citizens (age of 55 and older) receive all regular priced facial, massage and body services 10% off. Good on weekdays and photo I.D. required at check out.
