San Dimas June 1, 2007– In 2005, nearly 120 million Americans tried to lose weight. This summer, a collaborative effort between Swan Women(Day) Spa, Veggie & Tea House, and Lifestyle Management Solutions will sponsor a Better Living Health Conference designed to help people make better nutritional choices and obtain the latest fitness information to help you live a healthier life. The Better Living Health Conference offered free of charge to the community and featured a lecture facilitated by Gina Crome, M.S., owner of Lifestyle Management Solutions of Glendora. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Consultant, she has experienced success in balancing diet and exercise, resulting in a weight loss of over 175 pounds. The symposium offers information on the following: Eating for Weight Loss and Good Health, Jumpstarting a Fitness Routine, Quick Weight Loss Gimmicks vs. Permanent Lifestyle Changes, as well as other topics. The program will include complimentary refreshments courtesy of the Veggie and Tea House as well as exciting summer packages offered by Swan Day Spa.
